Excellent selection of craft beer in a variety of options (six packs, bottles, tall cans). Good selection of local and other stuff I haven't seen elsewhere. Walk in cooler even. You wouldn't know from the appearance from the outside but they make and serve food inside, pizza! It smelled and looked great. I look forward to checking it out.

Ordered a 14 inch sausage pizza and was incredibly disappointed. The cheese is so thick and is like chewing rubber, the crust is so thick and bread like, and there's not much flavor. The sauce lacks flavor, the crust lacks flavor, and the sausage get lost in the gobs of rubber cheese. Definitely would not recommend.

My husband and I are big reuben sandwich fans and have had the best reuben sandwiches from a deli on Severin by us. Since they were closed we wanted to try to support another small business, and ordered from Fletcher Hills Bottle shop with Door Dash. My reuben was so bad I literally just threw it in the trash. It tasted like hot garbage. I wanted to vomit. The corned beef was not good at all which looked to be a mix of light brown and pink? Corned beef should be a nicely prepared pinkish red. And the bread was completely soaked and soggy with some nasty yellow mustard on one side and 1000 island on the other. The mustard completely ruined it, and doesn't belong on a reuben... the menu clearly stated online (corned beef, 1000 island, sauerkraut, and Swiss on rye). Where the yellow mustard came from? I have no clue... wasted my money and I am super sad.

I am an employee of Bottle Shop and wanted to make a public service announcement. I, not the business, engaged in an unsavory situation with a customer tonight. I am at fault entirely.

Now before I dive into it, I want to make it clear that after my interaction with the customer via phone, my manager spoke to her with respect and in a completely professional manner, attempting to set right the mistake that took place and apologize for her inconvenience, but I digress.

I received a call from a young lady who had ordered a pizza off of our Uber app, and informed me that she did not receive her ranch, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes that she ordered with her meal. I apologized and  informed her that the driver did in-fact take the desired condiments with the pizza. Regardless, she didn't receive them and I believe her.

At the start of our conversation, she was slightly agitated and frustrated that such a simple request wasn't fulfilled, and I don't blame her. I also prefer to bury my pizza with pepper flake and drown it in some blue cheese. Blue cheese over ranch any day! But her frustration quickly turned mildly volatile and condescending. As I was explaining that I don't  mind bringing the condiments to her location for no charge, her tone and aggression caused me to gently inform her that her, "attitude is out of control."

In the eye of customer service, that was a mistake. The customer is always right and I understand that. She could of been having a tough day, or exhausted from the heat we've all been enduring for the last few weeks. BUT, I don't regret calling a spade a spade. Calling my character into question over the lack of a mayonnaise based sauce is uncalled for. Especially after I offered to bring it out of my own pocket.

For people reading this, Bottle Shop is a lovely establishment with great food, beer selection and staff. This situation was on me. Unfortunately, I'll now have to deal with my name being tarnished on Apples leading app for the worlds most famous food critics and restaurant enthusiasts.

Mam, I hope we can put this behind us. I wish we hadn't had this experience and I would like to make amends for it. If you ever come in, my name is Alex,  I'm blonde, average height, chiseled jaw line, and usually sweating like Shaq in the paint. I'll buy you a beer and a couple sides of ranch. Or blue cheese!!!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. You feel like family when you walk in and they are always good for beer recommendations. We order pizza delivery here about once a month and the pasta items are good too.
